#11 Library Thing

This exercise was very exciting. Browsing through so many delightful books and finding all of my favourites was like being in a lolly shop. Here are some books I have really enjoyed reading.

#10 Image Generators

I actually CREATED this magazine cover of my grandchildren's feet, which is quite amazing considering I am semi-literate in the computer stakes. I had fun looking at Image Generators and "launched" my magazine cover from the FD Toys site. There were many other things I could create from that site using more of my photos. I am enjoying this to a degree, but it is very time consuming and frustrating because I don't know what I am doing most of the time. Anyway I think I will have another play.

I did have another play and made this Trading Card. Wow..... I surprise myself

#9 Finding Feeds

I am still fumbling my way around this Learning 2.0 but, with some help from my colleague (thanks Jeanette), I have had another look at newsfeeds and like the one attached. It is easy to navigate my way around and I found some Australian info.

#6 & 7 Photos & Images - Flickr fun

What a strange language....flickr, mappr, mashups, montagr....it is like being on another planet or in a foreign country. I am slowly getting the hang of this. While visiting some of the above sites in particular montagr, I found some amazing pictures of global warming, which I am interested in. (The attached photo is titled "lingering dust from Africa off the coast of Barbados")
